Youkey Limited Warranty Policy
1. Overview
1.1 Policy Purpose and Scope
This policy exclusively applies to the warranty of Youkey products purchased by customers located outside of mainland China (hereinafter referred to as "Consumers" or "you") from KeyLife International Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Youkey" or "we"). We are committed to providing clear, straightforward, and hassle-free official warranty services for Youkey products.
Products sold through our official channels come with their own specific independent warranty terms, details of which can be found on the respective product detail pages. Alternatively, you may send your order receipt/proof of purchase to our customer service email at support@youkey.com to inquire about and confirm your specific warranty coverage.
This warranty policy, provided by us as the manufacturer, does not affect, limit, or exclude any statutory warranty rights granted to consumers under applicable local laws.
1.2 Policy Amendments
Youkey reserves the right to update this warranty policy as business needs require. Any material changes will be published on our official website and will apply to products purchased after the publication date. For products already sold, the warranty policy in effect on their original date of purchase shall apply.
2. Warranty Terms
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Youkey's official online stores. If you purchased through a third-party channel, return and warranty terms may vary. This policy may also vary by the country/region of purchase due to local legal requirements and other factors.
Within 30 days of purchase, consumers have the right to request a full refund for undamaged products for any reason. Once the consumer returns the product to a Youkey warehouse and we complete the inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
- Products must be returned in their complete original packaging.
- Returned products must include all original accessories.
- Products must be returned in their complete original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty/return requests, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, Youkey will only refund the cost of the product itself, excluding shipping and other additional fees.
Youkey reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above requirements.
If you do not ship the product back within 30 days of submitting your return request, the request will be considered invalid. We will not accept non-quality related refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase (see below for the definition of "quality issues").
For items not purchased directly through Youkey's official online stores, please contact the respective retailer for refunds.
2.2 Product Warranty Period
The following warranty periods begin on the original date of purchase and apply to brand-new products purchased through Youkey's official and authorized channels:

2.3 Warranty Services for Quality-Related Issues
For products sold directly by Youkey or its authorized dealers, consumers are entitled to official warranty services for quality-related defects starting from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only in the country/region where the product was originally purchased. Products purchased cross-regionally or from unauthorized channels are not covered by this warranty.
Quality-related warranty claims for products purchased through Youkey's authorized dealers and retailers are handled centrally by Youkey.
For quality-related warranty claims, Youkey will, at its sole discretion, provide one or more of the following solutions:
- Provide replacement parts;
- Repair the product;
- Replace it with a factory-refurbished product;
- Replace it with a brand-new product.
All replaced parts and products become the property of Youkey.
The warranty period for any replacement product will be the same as the remaining warranty period of the original defective product, or 3 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. The warranty becomes void once a full refund has been issued for the product.
Products outside their warranty period are eligible for paid repair services. For a list of repairable products and their corresponding repair fees, please contact support@youkey.com.
2.4 How to Request a Return
Before initiating a return request, please have your proof of purchase (such as an Amazon order ID) and the valid email address used to purchase the item ready.
- Send an email (including your shipping address, phone number, and proof of purchase) to our technical support team at support@youkey.com to register your return.
- Our technical support team will evaluate the product issue via email. If it meets the replacement criteria, they will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For non-quality related returns, the consumer assumes all risks and consequences of damage or loss during transit. We will not issue refunds for products damaged in transit during a non-quality related return.
2.5 RMA Process
Our standardized process ensures efficient RMA verification in compliance with our warranty terms. By requiring proof of purchase, evidence of the defect, and optional factory inspection, we protect buyers' legitimate rights while maintaining Youkey's product quality standards.
Proof of Purchase and Product Identification
A valid purchase receipt/invoice (clearly showing the purchase date and product model).
The defective product must match the product specified on the receipt.
Issue Collection and Troubleshooting
Submit photos or videos that clearly show the issue.
Provide detailed troubleshooting logs generated while replicating the issue.
Return and Quality Inspection
Return the defective product to our service center for further inspection.
Other Important Notes
Incomplete documentation may delay the RMA process. Failure to provide required documents may result in delays or invalidation of the claim.
Always contact Youkey customer service to obtain pre-approval before shipping your product back.
2.6 Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
2.6.1 Physical Components
Normal wear and tear/degradation that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, fading paint, casing deformation, rust).
Damage caused by impacts, fire, lightning strikes, flooding, corrosion, high temperatures, drops, ingress of foreign objects, improper usage environments (including but not limited to power surges, water ingress, prolonged exposure to extreme heat), lack of reasonable protection, or force majeure events such as earthquakes and fires.
2.6.2 Usage Conditions
Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.
External damage to the product caused by weather conditions.
2.6.3 Other Exclusions
Issues resulting from the use of third-party accessories.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or obtained through illegal means.
Damage caused by force majeure events such as floods, lightning strikes, ice, and snow.
Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
Lost or stolen products.
3. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following situations:
- Accidental returns by the consumer;
- Returning products for any reason other than a verified product quality issue;
- Claiming warranty service on items taken outside the orginal country of purchase;
- Accidental returns by the consumer;
- Returning personal items;
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Youkey to be in proper working condition;
- Returning defective items via international shipping;
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Data Disclaimer. You acknowledge that data loss may occur during the use or repair of the product (including but not limited to data stored on hard drives). We strongly recommend backing up all data before sending a product in for repair.
4.2 Limitation of Liability. Youkey shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
4.3 Personal items sent to Youkey along with the product will not be returned.
5. Price Protection
If the price of a product drops within 30 days of you placing your order, you may contact support@youkey.com to request a price match and receive a refund for the price difference.
