Device management
The Register code can be viewed on the cover of the Quick guide. Just type in it manually when adding the device.
1.Check the battery of the device and charge it.
2.Move the camera closer to the router.
3.Get in the "Settings→General→Wi-Fi Connection" to modify the network if you recently changed your WiFi name or password.
4.If the above steps do not solve the problem, please delete the offline camera on Youkey Life and add it again.
Get in the "Settings→General→Wi-Fi Connection" menu and operate according to the prompts in the App.
Connect the DC5V/2A power supply for charging. If the device still does not respond after continuous charging, please contact youkey after-sales.
Live
1.Try to switch the mobile phone network.
2.Get in the "Settings→Video" menu, change the "Live Video Quality" to "Auto".
3.Try to move the device closer to the router.
Get in the "Settings→View" menu, switch the "Top/Bottom View" and the "picture-in-picture View".
Intelligent
1. Select the interested Detection Type in the "Settings→Motion Detection→Detection Type" menu.
2. Adjust the Sensitivity appropriately in the "Settings→Motion Detection→Detection Sensitivity" .
3. Set the Detection Zone in the "Settings→Motion Detection→Detection Zone" to make the detection more accurate.
Get in the "Settings→Audio" menu, you can turn up the "Two-way Audio Volume" here.
Storage
Get in the "Settings→Video" menu and the storage resolution can be set through the "Recording Quality".
Get in the "Settings→Video→Continuous Recording", turn on the "Continuous Recording" function;
Audio
Get in the "Settings→Video" menu and the storage resolution can be set through the "Recording Quality".
Image
Get in the "Settings→General→Flip Horizontal" menu and open the "Rotate Image 180°" function to flip the screen.
Other
Get in the "Settings→General→Time Settings" menu,you can select the correct time zone
Simply turn on the "Privacy Mode" in its Settings.
Get in the "Settings→Video→Night Vision" menu, select "Infrared & Light Auto Mode".
