Device management
The Register code can be viewed on the cover of the Quick guide. Just type in it manually when adding the device.
1.Check the battery of the device and charge it.
2.Move the camera closer to the router.
3.Get in the "Settings→General→Wi-Fi Connection" to modify the network if you recently changed your WiFi name or password.
4.If the above steps do not solve the problem, please delete the offline camera on Youkey Life and add it again.
Get in the "Settings→General→Wi-Fi Connection" menu and operate according to the prompts in the App.
Connect the DC5V/2A power supply for charging. If the device still does not respond after continuous charging, please contact youkey after-sales.
Live
1.Try to switch the mobile phone network.
2.Get in the "Settings→Video" menu, change the "Live Video Quality" to "Auto".
3.Try to move the device closer to the router.
Get in the "Settings→View" menu, switch the "Top/Bottom View" and the "picture-in-picture View".
Intelligent
1. Sélectionnez le type de détection concerné dans le menu « Réglages→Détection de mouvement→Type de détection ».
2. Ajustez la sensibilité de manière appropriée dans « Réglages→Détection de mouvement→Sensibilité de détection ».
3. Définissez la zone de détection dans « Réglages→Détection de mouvement→Zone de détection » pour rendre la détection plus précise.
Dans le menu « Paramètres→Audio », vous pouvez augmenter le « Volume audio bidirectionnel » ici.
Rangement
Allez dans le menu "Paramètres→Vidéo" et vous pouvez définir la résolution de stockage via la section "Qualité d'enregistrement".
Dans la section « Réglages → Vidéo → Enregistrement continu », activez la fonction « Enregistrement continu » ;
Audio
Allez dans le menu « Paramètres → Vidéo » et la résolution de stockage peut être définie via la « Qualité d'enregistrement ».
Image
Accédez au menu « Paramètres→Général→Retourner horizontalement » et ouvrez la fonction « Pivoter l'image à 180° » pour retourner l'écran.
Autre
Dans le menu « Paramètres→Général→Paramètres de l'heure », vous pouvez sélectionner le fuseau horaire approprié
Il suffit d'activer le « Mode confidentiel » dans ses réglages.
Allez dans le menu "Paramètres→Vidéo→Vision nocturne", sélectionnez "Mode automatique infrarouge et lumière".
